We’re a software start-up revolutionizing queueing by matching people who are waiting to; tables, advisors, card games and bowling lanes. Customer retrieval isn’t new and other technologies have existed in this space for the past 40 years such as buzzers and radio pagers, but they’re generally expensive to purchase and maintain as well as introducing numerous other issues. These legacy products also provide zero customer data or other data points.

The Second Guest platform is a comprehensive cloud application that helps restaurants, bowling centers, poker rooms and retailers (retail includes: tax advisors, auto service centers, barbers, salons, conference exhibitors & laser tag) accommodate every walk-in customer whilst also engaging their customers with workflow driven contextual SMS text messages to keep them updated on wait times and promote other high value products and services – upselling customers right before they consume services.

We are looking for enthusiastic independent sales representatives with the ability to place our platform as many of our target clients require an initial phone call or visit.

Our platform is offered on a subscription plan (pre-paid and discounted, or paid monthly). We will compensate sales representatives based on an ongoing subscription, and in turn ongoing commission structure for the first 12 months a client uses our platform. The recurring monthly commissions which should expand as clients add further locations (each location requires a subscription) should add up to be quite substantial.

Anywhere there’s a queue with a defined business benefit to moving it online we can utilize our platform, but the areas that benefit the most are:
-Bowling Centers
-Poker Rooms
-Retail: tax advisors, credit unions, auto service centers, barbers, salons, conference exhibitors & laser tag.

We would prefer independent sales reps who can take the sale through to a close, our software is so quick and easy to demo on a tablet plus when a client sees the real-time traffic light response from the robo-call they always have a big smile. This scenario will pay up to 15% commission.

We will also consider a lead only referral model whereby referrals of ~7% will be paid.

Territories Needed : Sales territories can be offered on a location and/or hospitality sub-vertical basis. E.g. You may wish to only pursue Restaurants in the State of New York. We are only recruiting for US sales reps at this time.
